Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order details and supporting photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the eligibility requirements above.

Shipping

We offer free shipping throughout Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order availability, and courier service. Aroushz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
